Instruction for online Application

• The Online Application process is divided into 3(three) steps
• Upon registration, the Applicants are advised to note down the registered Username and Password. However, applicant will recieve an e-mail with the registration credentials for future use.
• Login in to the registered account and fill up the "Application Form" (Applicants may edit the application form for any number of times before final submission.)
• Payment of Application fees of Rs 100.00 through online mode only
• Finalize and submit the completed Application form.

• Please keep a soft copy of photograph and scanned signature in (jpg/jpeg; png) format, ready for upload:
  Photograph: Size between 50 kb to 100 kb
  Scanned signature:Size between 50 kb to 100 kb
• Scanned copy of Caste Certificate (except General Caste) in pdf format only
• Scanned copy of Age Proof (Birth Certificate / X^th-Admit card) in pdf format only
• Scanned copy of XII^th- Marksheet and Pass certificate in pdf format only
• Scanned copy of Graduation Marksheet and Pass certificate in pdf format only (if Graduate)
• Scanned copy of Permanent Residence Certificate in pdf format only
• Scanned copy of Medical Certificate in pdf format only
